To secure your date upon booking, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. The remaining amount will be settled in monthly installments leading up to your wedding day. For regular sessions, a 25% deposit is needed to reserve your date, with the remaining payments scheduled bi-weekly until your session.
I include all my travel fees in my packages, so you won't need to stress about managing these costs separately. It's all bundled together, just depending on where I'm headed! I budget for the basics - flight, transportation, stay - and I'll cover the rest.
Excited to help! I will provide PDFs with outfit ideas, and assist in crafting your photoshoot itinerary, elopement plans, or wedding day schedule. Let's brainstorm ways to add significance to your special day and share tips for capturing stunning photos! Having successfully planned my own wedding solo in just 2 months, I might be a bit unconventional!
I am based in Northern MI but am ready for adventures with you and your loved one! Exploring destinations near and far brings me immense joy, fueled by my vast travel escapades spanning 20+ countries across the globe, encompassing both domestic and international journeys.
If I am unable to attend your wedding, rest assured that I will arrange for a trusted replacement photographer. They will capture the day, while I will personally edit the images to ensure you receive the same distinctive look and style in your photographs.
I do not provide RAW images as my editing style is part of what you appreciate. If you share our photos on Instagram, please tag me @laurencase.photo. I love seeing your favorites!
If you've already booked your session or event and need to make changes, please be aware that the retainer fee is non-refundable. While I may be able to reschedule in some situations, it's not guaranteed. Be assured that my equipment is weather-resistant, and I always have a rain jacket on hand to help you navigate any unforeseen weather challenges. Remember, unexpected weather can sometimes lead to the most stunning photos!
Expect sneak peeks within 24-72 hours of your event or shoot! The complete album usually takes 2-6 weeks. A wedding album typically includes 500+ photos. For a standard shoot, anticipate a 1-3 week turnaround with 50-200 images based on shoot duration, outfit changes, and locations traveled.
